Project requests

We collect the contact details, project requirements and files you submit to assess your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you. Submitting a request does not start paid work.

Recordings and access

Recordings pass through private storage on our hosting server before transfer to a restricted Google Drive folder controlled by STRATIUMPRIME. They are not published as public downloads. Our team receives project details and a link requiring authorized Google account access.

Retention

Uploaded recordings and the associated website request record are scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after your request is submitted. Incomplete upload sessions are scheduled for removal after 24 hours. Scheduled deletion runs periodically and may be delayed by a service outage; failed deletions are retried. Copies downloaded for agreed work and correspondence retained in email are managed separately. Contact us to discuss retention before uploading sensitive material.

Contact and recruitment

Contact messages and job applications are sent to our business email. CVs are included as attachments. Deletion of temporary website files does not remove messages or CVs already received in the mailbox. Contact us to request deletion or ask about recruitment retention.

Service providers

Hostinger supports website hosting and email; Google Drive stores submitted recordings. These providers may process information outside your country. We use these providers to operate the service. Before transcription begins, any additional processing tools and special confidentiality requirements should be agreed with our team.

Permissions and sensitive files

Submit only files you are authorized to share. For sensitive healthcare, legal or research material, contact us first to agree appropriate handling, an NDA or project-specific requirements. Do not include information that is unnecessary for your request.

Essential website data

We use a session cookie to protect form requests and limited technical records to prevent abuse. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The automated help assistant matches questions to prepared answers locally in your browser. Its conversation is not sent to our team or an AI service, is not saved to browser storage, and clears when you leave or reload the page. Email and contact-form links are separate ways to contact us.
