What is transcription?
Transcription turns spoken audio or video into written text, making recorded conversations easier to reference, analyse and share.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI assists the initial draft, then a human checks it against the recording. We provide a reviewed service, not a self-service AI tool.
Is my transcript reviewed by a human?
Yes. Every transcript we deliver is reviewed by a person for wording, context, speaker labels and formatting.
How accurate is the transcription?
We aim for high accuracy through human review. Results depend on recording quality, speaker clarity, accents, background noise, overlapping speech and technical terminology. Unclear passages are flagged rather than invented.
What file formats do you accept?
The upload interface accepts MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, AAC, FLAC, 3GP, AMR, OGG, OPUS, WebM, MKV, AVI, WMA and other supported media formats. Contact us about other formats.
What is your maximum upload size?
Up to 100 MB total per request, with multiple files supported. For larger projects, email us to agree a suitable transfer method. File selection alone does not send your recording.
How long does transcription take?
Turnaround is agreed in your quote after we review the recording length, quality, language and requested services.
Do you offer rush transcription?
You can request Priority or Rush service. Availability and delivery timing are confirmed before you commit.
Can you identify different speakers?
Yes. We use consistent speaker labels. Provide speaker names and identifying context when you want named attribution; overlapping voices can limit identification.
Do you provide timestamps?
Yes. Choose timestamps at regular intervals, speaker changes or a custom schedule.
Do you offer verbatim transcription?
Yes. Choose full verbatim to retain repetitions and fillers, or clean read to remove agreed speech clutter while preserving meaning.
Do you offer translation?
Yes, subject to language-pair and reviewer availability. Tell us the source and target languages for a tailored quote.
Do you provide subtitles?
Yes. We can prepare timed captions and subtitles. Translation and timing requirements are scoped separately.
Do you offer SRT/VTT files?
Yes. Request SRT or VTT output for compatible video players and publishing platforms.
How do I receive my transcript?
We deliver digitally by email or an agreed file-sharing method. Specify your preferred document or caption format in the request.
How do you handle confidential recordings?
We agree appropriate handling and access for your project. Contact us before sharing sensitive material so we can confirm storage, access and retention requirements.
Can organizations request an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA requirements before uploading sensitive recordings or starting work. Terms are subject to mutual agreement.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We welcome individuals and organizations worldwide. Language support, currency and payment arrangements are confirmed in the quote.
How do I get a quote?
